You're
a Kimi fan and a web user. Us too. And that means sometimes looking
for cool Kimi merchandise and collectables online. There are loads
of places to shop out there - lots of different people selling
lots of different things...
So we thought we'd put this page together to help guide you to some of the best
people out there to buy Kimi (and other F1) stuff from. We've broken each
entry down into a few simple points about what they sell and what they're particularly
good for, and we've given a rating out of 5. These are people we've dealt with
and bought from, and would definitely recommend to a friend (that's you...) so
we hope it's useful. Happy shopping....

Who are they? Kimi's official website and his fanclub's online
presence. What do they do? Fanclub memberships (and you can only
buy merchandise once you've joined the fanclub - so you need to go here
first). On joining you get some gear as part of your welcome pack, then
occasional newsletters across the year. What don't they do? Newsletters can be a
bit slow in coming, and the clothing range can be a bit slow
updating from one year to the next, but it's generally good
funky gear and something you'd be proud to be seen in. They
don't really do much merchandise apart from the clothing
either, which is a shame. KIMI::STUFF top tip: Keep an eye open for
the new gear - the last lot was very cool colourful stuff.

(or your national version) Who are they? They're only the hugest online auction
site in the world. Some things you can bid on, others have "Buy Now"
prices. What do they do? Signed caps, signed photos,
signed everything really... and old/rare merchandise, model cars,
some pretty upsetting homemade things like coasters, "novelty £10 notes" and
fridge-magnets - pretty much anything I suppose. I've found by
customising and saving certain searches ('Raikkonen', 'Raikkonen
Minichamps', 'McLaren' and so-on) I can keep up to date on all
my areas of interest pretty easily. It can be a bit of a jungle
otherwise! What don't they do? Probably nothing.... KIMI::STUFF top tip: Know what you want and know what you're prepared
to spend on it. Check out sellers' ratings and feedback. Be patient
- some items WILL come around again if you miss out first time. Get
to know your favourite sellers - they may be happy to look out for
particular things for you... Oh, and another top tip - you can still
get a 1/43 Nick Heidfeld McLaren MP4-13 here for a very decent price
if you look around a bit.

Who are they? Bob's Models to you and me. From Solihull. What do they do? Model cars - mainly Minichamps.
Big range, frequently updated website. Order online and get the model
delivered next day usually. They're incredibly helpful, almost impossibly
fast on delivering stuff and take great care packing it up too -
also their prices are really competitive, and there's usually a couple
of goodies to be found on their bargains page: I really can't fault
them. What don't they do? Clothing and other fan goodies - this really
is cars-only, but boy do they do it well. KIMI::STUFF top tip: Check their lists regularly
and bag a bargain from their Sales pages.

Who are they? The name's a bit of a give-away: they're specialists
in motorsport models. Particularly rare and hard-to-find ones... What do they do? Minichamps, Quartzo, Onyx.
There's some excellent rare McLarens from the 80s and 90s - from
the Minichamps "McLaren
Collection" as well as Senna Collection models too. Some are
very expensive - but Motorsport Models sell them in very good condition
and they pack them off very well for you. MP4/8s and the like don't
come cheap anywhere nowadays. I have had a number of very happy buys
from Motorsport Models - they know everything about models, they're
fans and they're good traders. What don't they do? Fan gear. And they don't specialise in the Kimster.
Yet! KIMI::STUFF top tip: Save up. There are some beautiful and rare things
on this site and they're worth every penny.

Who are they? Online and Mail-order specialists for F1 and other
motorsport merchandise. What do they do? All kinds of stuff - models, signed items, team
gear - some of the Mercedes clothing too if you fancy a different
Kimi t-shirt and cap... What don't they do? Not much actually - they're a great supplier
for F1 fans. KIMI::STUFF top tip: Their catalogues are regular
and useful - often with decent Bargain sections. Subscribe.

Who are they? They sell models and gear and prints. What do they do? Some of their lines are to be found
elsewhere, but some of their stuff is a cut-above: they're a bit
more specialist than some outlets. You can often find useful limited
edition models here, or special photographic or art prints in varying
sizes or formats. Doesn't always come cheap of course. I got Kimi's
1st point Sauber (1/43) here just after it was released for a very
decent price: I'm glad I did, as it's now a very sought-after item. What don't they do? Bargains. I'm sure they say they *DO*, but they're
not really a cheap or bargain-oriented site. And there's nothing
wrong with that. Use TSF1 for buying special editions or limited-run
prints, stuff like that. KIMI::STUFF top tip: Get a nice big photographic
print - and put some money aside for a nice frame.
